Mentor

One key to the positive impact the Center’s programs have on each successive cohort of Dartmouth students is the involvement and support of the Dartmouth alumni community.

Mentors are a powerful resource. They help students transition to the professional world after graduation while developing their own coaching skills.

The Rockefeller Center currently offers two programs that rely on alumni mentors: the First-Year Fellows program and the Rockefeller Alumni Mentoring Program.

First-Year Fellows Program

More than 50 alumni have served as mentors in the First-Year Fellows program, enabling students to engage in public policy as early as possible in their college careers.

Rockefeller Alumni Mentoring Program

The Rockefeller Alumni Mentoring Program (RAMP) pairs graduating seniors with young Dartmouth alumni during their first four months after graduation as they transition to the professional world.
