This position supports the Dartmouth Leadership Attitudes and Behaviors Program, which explores the forces that influence one's values and how students can effectively engage them in the Dartmouth community.

16W DLAB Student Program Assistants

The 16W DLAB leadership team: Robin Frye, Rockefeller Center Program Officer; David Pack, Collis Center Associate Director; and Student Program Assistants, Sarah Waltcher '16 and Austin Boral '16.

Student Program Assistants for D-LAB strengthen their skills in program development, facilitation, and planning with a purpose. Student Program Assistants must have a strong sense of self, able to uphold the highest standard of character, commitment, and professionalism inside and outside of the program, and be outstanding Dartmouth resources for first-year students. Program Assistants develop marketing strategies, explore opportunities to grow the program experience, and compile data for program evaluation. Program Assistants conduct correspondence with student facilitators and participants during the program and are required to attend all sessions. The ideal candidate will be mindful of how they might continuously promote the program and become knowledgeable of ways the content of the program intersect with various entities on campus.

A three-term commitment required: 16S-17W

Hours: 5-10 hours a week

Schedule: Must be available every Monday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.
